JJ and Zana Muno are siblings from Hermosa Beach and are bringing the foundations of speed and agility to young athletes. JJ played college baseball at UCSB and professionally for 5 year for the White Sox Organization. Zana played both beach and indoor volleyball at UCLA winning two National Championships and is currently a pro on the AVP Tour. Both JJ and Zana were multi-sport athletes in high school and are passionate about creating well rounded and dynamic athletes in the next generation. This clinic is for both girls and boys of any skill level and sport. The goal is to improve body awareness, speed, lateral movement, power, core strength and overall a strong foundation for any athlete to excel.
